Drug abuse can affect children behaviors and long term academic achievements. With
the implementation of "CHILDGUARD", a child can be tested for possible exposure and
indigestion of several suspected drugs:

Amphetamines  
Cannabinoids  
Cocaine  
Opiates  
Phencyclidine  
Benzodiazepines
alprazolam, diazepam, midazolam, nordiazepam, oxazepam, temazepam
Barbiturates
Methadone
Propoxyphene

The detection window for CHILDGUARD is 90 days.
In the event the donor is tested positive, the result would suggest one or more of the
following:

  • The donor has been in contact with the smell of  smoke drug.
  • The donor has been in contact with the body sweat of a drug user.
  • The donor or the child has been physically playing or touching the
    drug(s).
  • There has been accidental or intentional indigestion of those drugs
    by the child or the donor.
